WePlay Indonesia Cash Reward Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

By entering the WePlay Indonesia Cash Reward Competition (the “Competition”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Competition is open to eligible participants as defined herein and is operated by WePlay Indonesia (“Organizer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Participation in the Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Eligibility

  • General Eligibility: The Competition is open only to legal residents of Indonesia who are 12 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Exclusions: Employees, agents, or representatives of the Organizer, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  •  App Store Compliance: Only users who have legally downloaded and installed WePlay Indonesia from the App Store are eligible to participate.

 

3. Competition Period

The Competition will take place every Semester and ends at the end of the Semester until stopped by WePlay Indonesia. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

  • Entry Requirements: To enter the Competition, participants must:
  • Download and install WePlay Indonesia from the App Store.
  • Register for an account and complete the designated entry process as outlined in the app.
  • Complete any required actions specified in the Competition announcement (e.g., achieving a specific score, submitting a form, etc.).
  • Limitations: Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • Entry Fee: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Competition.

 

5. Prize Details

  • Prize Description: The prize for the Competition is a cash reward of 5,000,000 IDR for First Place. 3,000,000 IDR for Second Place. 1,000,000 IDR for Third Place. 500,000 IDR for Fourth to Tenth Place. All prizes subject to any applicable taxes.
  • Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
  • Prize Distribution: The cash reward will be delivered to the winner(s) via Bank Transfer within 60 days after the winner’s selection and verification.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Selection Process: Winners will be selected based on Total Community Points acquired during the Season. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via [Phone/app notification] within 30 days following the end of the Competition Period. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Publicity: By participating, winners agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Submission Rights: By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display any content submitted in connection with the Competition for promotional purposes.
  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in WePlay Indonesia remain the sole property of the Organizer or its licensors.

 

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Collection and Use: Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy (https://weplay.id/terms-of-use/) and applicable data protection laws.
  • Consent: By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition.

 

9. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Uses fraudulent or unfair methods to enter or participate.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the Competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  • Force Majeure: The Organizer is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.

 

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration/in the courts of Indonesia, and by entering the Competition, participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

 

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on WePlay Indonesia and/or communicated via Social Media.

 

13. Apple Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. The use of WePlay Indonesia and any reference to the App Store is solely for distribution purposes and does not imply any sponsorship or endorsement by Apple Inc.
